Sample Course Content

The following are micro-lesson examples and course outlines for the lessons found within our baseball skills player pitch course.
In this micro-lesson Coach Mike introduces athletes to the concept of "Seeking continuous personal improvement."  Coach Mike encourages athletes to embrace the idea that there's always room for growth and development, and making ongoing efforts to learn, adapt, and refine skills and behaviors, rather than settling for a static level of achievement.

The Warrior Mindset

The Warrior Mindset Course Outline

The Eighteens were inspired by The Rule of 100.  The Rule of 100 states that if athletes are willing to practice for just 18 minutes a day, after the course of a year the athlete will have practiced for 100 hours - giving them a significant advantage over their peers.  Coach Mike introduces this concept to athletes and provides them with training frameworks that can be completed in 18 minutes per day.
